Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period starts when the contract is concluded. To withdraw, inform us of your decision (Disce ludens / Stephan Sigloch

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment as for the original transaction and at no charge to you.

Expiry for digital content

Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun performing, if you have expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends and you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so (§ 356 (5) BGB). For licences this means: once you have given this consent at purchase and access is unlocked, the right of withdrawal expires.
